As a project manager consultant, you’ll work alongside our team of six (including other project managers) to support Amplify’s roster of nonprofit clients and “amplify” the incredible work they do across our Twin Cities community. Your work will play a key role in our “advise and do” approach as we collaborate with nonprofits to strengthen their fundraising, storytelling, organizational development, and more.

Since our founding, AmplifyDMC has operated a hybrid office environment to encourage a productive and healthy work-life balance. As we enter a new stage of the COVID-19 era, “the Ampsters” are navigating a return to the office as we rebuild our creative, collaborative, and laughter-filled in-person culture. A willingness to work in the office 2-3 days a week will be an expectation.

This full-time position has a salary range of $65,000-$75,000 with health and dental benefits, and a generous “open PTO” policy. Independent contractors will also be considered and are encouraged to apply.

To apply, send your resume to [email protected] by March 7, 2023.
