AmplifyDMC is a development, marketing, and communications firm that provides services to nonprofits, social enterprises and businesses seeking creative solutions. It is a new partnership, launched on February 1, 2017, between Greg Pesky and Stephen Devereux. Greg is a corporate marketing veteran with expertise in marketing, operations and general management. He previously worked at General Mills, Advance Auto Parts and is the co-founder of NEATGOODS, a fast-growing venture which is focused on providing well-designed, functional products to seniors and caregivers. Stephen is the founder and owner of Devereux Development Consulting which has been providing marketing, communications, and fundraising services since 2009. He brings years of fundraising and nonprofit development experience to the partnership.

“I saw an opportunity to bring my marketing and communications experience to a sector that needs it. There is ample opportunity in the Twin Cities and beyond to support organizations large and small with strategic marketing, and communications advice and implementation. And it’s the implementation piece of our services that sets AmplifyDMC apart. We live by the philosophy ‘advise and do.’ Our clients rely on our team’s skills to carry out plans and recommendations. As the company name suggests, we work to make sure that client’s messages are heard by the people who matter most to them,” said Greg.

“After years of working with nonprofit clients on fundraising, grant writing, and other development strategies, it became abundantly clear that an integrated approach to development, marketing and communications is the most effective approach to cutting through the noise of a competitive environment for donors’ attention and dollars.” Steve continued, “AmplifyDMC brings development, marketing, and communications services together and is an opportunity to move away from a person-driven organization and brand to a company with expanded services offered by a team of highly qualified professionals.”

AmplifyDMC’s six-person consulting and graphic design team have offices on the border of the Merriam Park and Midway neighborhoods in St. Paul.
